TRIKE is Butler University’s largest Greek philanthropy, which has raised over $100,000 in the last four years for Riley Hospital for Children here in Indianapolis. Our donations are split evenly between the Hospital’s general benefit fund and the Ed Sever Endowment, which benefits child life services at the Hospital. TRIKE 2017 raised over $36,000 with the help of our active brothers, alumni, parents, and Butler community.
Spring 2018 will be the 60th annual TRIKE, a week of events designed to involve the Butler community, raise money for the kids, and celebrate our achievements. Events throughout the week include a benefit dinner, many restaurant give-back fundraisers, a cookout, the famed tricycle races around the Delt driveway, and sorority lip syncs to end the week. We are looking forward to celebrating six decades of philanthropy and reaching new heights of fundraising for the kids!
2018 Benefit Dinner: Saturday, April 7
The TRIKE benefit dinner is a wonderful evening of food entertainment, stories from Riley patients and families, and a silent auction. Friends and family of the chapter come together to raise money for a great cause to kick off TRIKE week on campus. We hope you will join us in raising money at this year’s benefit dinner! Tickets will go on sale around March 2018.
